If there was a theme to the last couple of days at Bonnaroo, it was bands reminding us of just how hot it is and how we're probably all emotionally disturbed for willingly subjecting ourselves to this kind of madness. After learning that the heat peaked at around 104 degrees in Manchester this weekend, I certainly can't argue with that. Neither can my sick lobster sunburn. Still, it was a pretty rad couple of days for music and laughs: Aziz Ansari, Mumford & Sons and Japandroids ranked among my favorite sets of the weekend.
But more on that later. Photos from the last two days of Heatstrokearoo are after the cut.

Nerdy observation: the 104 degrees you're referring to was the heat index, not the actual temperature. The actual temperature was "only" in the low 90s. But it was so humid that the heat index reached over 100.
