Tallest Trees Video, 'Learn'

Posted by Steve Haruch on Thu, May 20, 2010 at 1:28 PM

You know about Tallest Trees, of course, because they're Nashville's only chillwave band, and in so being are attempting to be a Nashville band that's contemporaneous with other bands in the country instead of wearing vests and pretending that the menswear of 1959 has somehow collided with the musical depth of a greeting card. They've got this video, you see, recorded at the Bomb Shelter, for their song "Learn." I don't know what accent that is where you pronounce "could" like "kooood," but then I've never called myself an expert on glo-fidelity.

Well, not that I would, but if I made a music video, I'd probably be really hesitant about letting people see it, especially after I went and PUT IT ON THE INTERNET.
