Ah, Easter. What a wonderful amalgam of bizarre, antiquated traditions. Time to go help a gaggle of tiny relatives I don't recognize search for plastic eggs full of melted fudge in my grandmother's yard! Y'know, for Jesus! I wish I had one of those families that drinks on special occasions.

If this weekend's selection looks a little light, that's because we omitted the Tin Pan South shows. But, if you're the type of show attendee who enjoys a nice glass of wine and paying attention, you can visit TPS's official site or check out Jewly Hight's feature for more details. As far as rock 'n' roll goes, we've got Wax Fang with HIBtB and The Non-Coms, The Fever Queen (Cortney Tidwell's project) at the Rock & Roll Camp benefit show, Heartbeater, Tallest Trees, Two Fresh and plenty more. Follow me after the jump, won't you?
