Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Jay-Z at Bonnaroo 2010?

Over the past couple of days, the Bonnaroo Twitter feed has been drip-dripping a series of clues -- some harder to decipher than others -- about this year's festival lineup.

First came the promise of a "bigger bang" this year, which appears to be an allusion to the Rolling Stones (or a coded message about the drugs). Then there's the "big pimpin' " reference, which certainly points to Jay-Z (though the Jigga Man is already slated for Coachella), and the "jokerman" reference suggests Bob Dylan. Not sure if all the "monkey" clues have anything to do with Gorillaz or Michael Nesmith, and I'm at a loss with this one. Just as well, since we'll all know soon enough, but in the meantime, let the speculation continue unabated!

I'm pretty sure The Dozen Dimes are playing on the Which Stage ahead of Moon Taxi

These clues are meant to throw the unofficial Bonnaroo message board off track, pay them no mind.

"buddy when jolly" is maybe Weezer?
i.e. buddy holly, holly is jolly when you're decking xmas halls.
could be a stretch.

There's a clue: Tom and Jerry without Art. I know that Simon and Garfunkel, in the 50's were known as Tom & Jerry. Perhaps Paul Simon will be there...

Bonnaroo is waaaaaaay too good for Dave Matthews Band, and especially Kings of Leon. That would be a worse addition to the line up than Metallica and Kanye were. Fuck Dave Matthews. Fuck anybody that thinks what he plays is music. Fuck anybody that considers Dave a jam band.

Mr. Red, you are an idiot

Mr. Red, Dave Matthews has been to Bonnaroo twice. Bonnaroo is obviously not a jam band festival anymore... maybe the first two or three years but not anymore. Dave Matthews has a huge loyal fan base. Bonnaroo is waaaaaay too good for all the hate you're radiating.

I am not into Kings of Leon at all. But that "fake" line-up that's been going around is not too bad. Awesomesauce line-up would be:
Daft Punk
DAFT PUNK
Daft Punk!!
Neal Young
Stevie Wonder
Flaming Lips
Arcade Fire
Modest Mouse
My Morning Jacket (c'mon freakin' return!)
And STEVE MARTIN better be there!
Zach Galifinakis would be sweet (pre-hangover Zach)
