I don't know if you've noticed, but it's been pretty goddamn cold lately. Or at least it has been for our delicate Southern sensibilities (that's code for saying we're wimps when it comes to the cold). Instead of starting a fire in your trash can to keep warm, you might want to consider hitting one of these shows instead:
Glenn Danzig's Benefit Show for the Needy Indeedy feat. Daniel Pujol, Cy Barkley, So Jazzy & Diarrhea Planet at Glen Danzig's House. They're raising money to fix some of the stuff that's been broken. Be aware though, the Facebook event says "It's not a party though! don't you partiers come and try and bring the party because we're not having it!" Try not to piss off the neighbors, y'all.
Darfur Benefit feat. How Cozy! & Kindergarten Circus at YEAH.
The Protomen w/Tallest Trees & Karius Vega at Mercy Lounge. The sequel to the continuation of the ill-conceived Summer of Dreamz continues with more indoor snow, cheap beer and superfluous Zs.

The trouble is there's not many people who have computers with reliable internet access, so that's why I hop on here (while NOT, i repeat, NOT at work) to tell people about 'em when I know about 'em.
A listings/myspace/email setup is in the works, though.
I DO know next Wednesday will be Sean Collins of Bad Friend's going away party, so it will be the last chance to see us for a while until the record release next year. We're planning on doing 2 sets if the time works out. Also playing will be Lylas, the Mattoid, and Forrest Bride.
