Bonnaroo 2009 on DVD: So You Can Remember the Good Times

Posted by on Wed, Oct 14, 2009 at 12:50 PM

Ah, Bonnaroo. Was that really four months ago already? I remember walking in circles around Centeroo one night and seeing the same fried dough/shish kebab vendor over and over again...or was it?

My foot really hurt but I didn't know why. There was numbness. I was trying to get back to where Pretty Lights were playing, but kept winding up at the Girl Talk tent. It was dark and I was very tired. Where was Maloney? Did Gold really combine those things and take them? Did I just step on that girl's arm? Why did the water taste like a fart? When I finally got to my car around 4 a.m., I realized that my right boot had been tied way too tight for several hours, and I now had a big swollen welt the size of a Moon Pie on the top of my foot. My stadium buddy at this point may or may not have been an empty Dr. Pepper bottle. My ears were ringing. I felt lonely and afraid.

Anyway, just in time for X-mas, it's the Live From Bonnaroo 2009 DVD! This audio-visual souvenir/memory aid will be out on Dec. 15, and you can pre-order it right here. Trailer and track listing after the jump.
