Cream Calendar The Features and The Whigs to Play Cannery Ballroom Nov. 5

In case you missed The Features tearin' it up Saturday night at the Cream party, you now have a chance to pick up the pieces of your shattered life and find some kind of salvation on Nov. 5. That is the day the band returns to Cannery Row along with Athens, Ga., garage-rock revivalists The Whigs for a double bill of non-suck. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased here. If $15 seems like a lot, then just skip dinner that night--you won't have to drink as much, and you'll save the cost of a meal on top of it. It's called prioritizing.
Also, keep in mind that these are both bands who have toured with Kings of Leon, and Kings of Leon will be off the road by then. Members will likely attend this show, so if you owe one of them a shiner for hitting on your girlfriend or something, then this is probably your opportunity to reap vengeance.
