Their latest album is a good one, and Heartless Bastards play Exit/In tonight. From Maloney's pick:

The glorious Bastards are the force of nature behind The Mountain, one of our favorite rock records of the year, a heavy trip through the boozy core of American culture. Equal parts Rust Belt-rugged and hill country-haunted, the album slays on the strength of singer Erika Wennerstrom's spectral Nico's-ghost-in-a-women's-prison voicings and the band's hypnotic instrumentation.

And here's the title track:

Elsewhere, Cobra Starship play The Rutledge. Yeah, yeah, Leighton Meester from Gossip Girl sang the vocals on "Good Girls Go Bad," and then, so it seems, went bad herself. French punkers Plastiscines , who I'd like to check out, open the show, along with a band called Skeet Skeet, who I'd rather not check out based on their name.
