Enrique: Because It's Still '90s Week at the Cream

Posted by Steve Haruch on Fri, Jul 31, 2009 at 2:44 PM

You know, the '90s weren't all flannel and slackerdom and Dr. Dre, dudes. Here's Enrique's "Do It in the Dirt," from their 1996 album Cut the Cheese. Do it!

I fucking loved this band & followed them around SF like a puppy dog! I liked all thier stuff, but the 'early' Enrique, when they did tv theme songs was my favorite era. I also enjoyed when they opened for David Cassidy @ DV8. Danny Bonaduce was supposed to open, but he was busy doing time in jail for punching a tranny hooker. I think his brother was there selling "Free Danny Bonaduce" t-shirts. I met david cassidy that nite & he was a total douchebag!

I still have their cd & some other swag, like a lunchbox, concert posters, flyers, fake money with their faces on them, ect. They always had fun/clever stuff to hand out to the audience. i dragged everyone i could to see their shows.
what happened to them?? it's like they
