The Wrong Kids EP Release Party w/Fuck Show & Jaw at The End. I hadn't heard The Wrong Kids, so I checked out their MySpace. They like The Minutemen, and they have a song called "Hookers and Blow"--which isn't bad. I have to take a rain check tonight, but I intend to catch a show soon.

Oh, and Steve Martin is making his Grand Ole Opry debut. Playing banjo. You remember; we talked about this. These are all the shows of which I am abreast. Please share if you know of more. Happy Saturday.

Also, Sunday: Second installment of Rock 'n' Roll Trivia at Mercy Lounge. Come see if you can dethrone last week's champs, Mike's Pun Shop. Unlikely. There are loads of prizes. Be there. Seriously. Website says it starts at 8 p.m.
