Parachute Musical: Free CD, Help Wanted

Posted by Seth Graves on Wed, May 6, 2009 at 3:28 PM

Firstly, local piano pop outfit Parachute Musical is playing a show this Saturday at Mercy. The event is called "Show Us Your Colors" and promises to anyone wearing the colors red, yellow, blue or green a free copy of their newest, Everything is Working Out Fine in Some Town, for free. $5 pre-sale tix are available at mercylounge.com, $7 at the door, $10 for 18-20. Secondly, this will be the band's last show with bassist Kyle Cornett, whom they're now looking to replace with a new low-frequency management specialist. Their requirements are pretty reasonable: "Must be a decent singer and ready to travel/sleep on floors/be poor/etc." Interested parties should contact Josh at jjfmusic[at]gmail[dot]com.
