Road to Bonnaroo 2009: Go Fight Win Tonight!

Posted by Steve Haruch on Mon, Mar 23, 2009 at 9:08 AM

A you will surely recall, we told you that three Nashville bands will get to play Bonnaroo 2009, thanks to BMI and Mercy Lounge, via the 8 off 8th format. Voting each night determines the winner. Winner plays Bonnaroo. Remember: You can only pick up a ballot before the first band goes on, and you can only turn in your ballot after the last band is finished. Tonight's the first night, and here's the lineup:

UPDATE:
Red White Blue will not be playing tonight. In their stead will be Modoc.
P.S.- We are very serious about the fan voting rules: If you are not here by 9 and/or you do not stay through the last band, you will not be able to vote.

Even if one doesn't stay and vote, this is a very solid lineup. It's gold, Jerry, gold!

The Features, baby. The Features.
They deserve it, damn it.
Some people have paid their dues and here it's damn clear.
They're a great band with great records who have been doing this since I was in the third grade.
I'm only 24 but, shit, I can't say enough.
