Cream Sheila E. Done Gone Country, Carrie Covers Crue

The first line of the email read: "Host John Rich tapped Sheila E.," and continued, "as the winner of the third season of CMT's hit series GONE COUNTRY." I thought, Wow, crazy, wacky, is that show is still on? In this economy? I just hope she remembers that without love, it ain't much. In all seriousness, though, I, for one, am ready for a timbales-playing country star with a Revolutionary pedigree.
In other news: You know who's seen too many romantic dreams, up in lights, falling off the silver screen? Ryan Seacrest. And Carrie Underwood will send American Idol losers on their way to "Home Sweet Home," wherever that may be, by singing the Motley Crue "power" "ballad" on the show's results episode.
