Cream Calendar Spinal Tap at the Ryman May 10

Wanna hear something funny?

Spinal Tap is coming to the Ryman May 10 on their "Unwigged & Unplugged" tour. Deductive reasoning tells me that they'll be playing both unwigged and unplugged.

Tickets go on sale Friday, March 6. They'll be $35.50-$55.50.

Why has the Ryman been lowered to such depths as Olivia Netwon-John, a bunch of comedians and old hair bands? The 1 good show of 2009 sold out in 5 minutes (Flight Of The Conchords). Come on guys, get on the BALL.

What, pray tell, are Flight of the Conchords if not a bunch of comedians? Don't get me wrong; I like FOTC just fine. But This Is Spinal Tap is way funnier than their show.

lest we forget, the ryman is owned by gaylord, who if known for anything, is known to pimp the hell out of an attraction for some bucks. that aside, this concert announcement is almost as awesome as working on a sex farm, poking your hay! i'm there!
