File under familiar faces in new places: Tech site Mashable, in their seemingly endless "social music" series, has posted their favorite sites for building playlists. Among them is favtape, which "plays nicely with both Pandora and Last.fm so you can turn your recent activity -- bookmarked, loved, and recent songs -- into favtape playlists." And looky-hoo, Nashville's own Butterfly Boucher is right there on the sample playlist, between a very tired-looking Adele and those uppity Fratellis.
Speaking of Mashable, they're a sponsor for this year's Twestival, the Nashville rendition of which goes down this Thursday at the Big Bang on Broadway, 5 p.m. We already told you how to donate a song to the cause (raising money for clean water projects around the world). Tickets are $10 and available here, with all proceeds going to charity: water.
And of course you can follow the Scene on Twitter, if you're into that kind of thing.
