Maybe you saw it coming, but Elle Macho have recorded their piece for Lake Fever Sessions, which is the new Lake Fever Productions/Tugboat Productions production. What you see above is the band performing their song "Sweet Pancello (the Ascending One)." In it, Butterfly Boucher apparently falls in love with "an alien space-man." Not that there's any other kind, at this point, but OK.
Last September, the freewheeling Roger Moutenot asked me if I had seen this band yet. I said I hadn't. "Elle Macho is the shit," is what the man said.

This shit is boring. Yes i understand that these guys have been in bands before and can sing in key but the hooks are background for a nap. Come on Nashville! How come only boring music attracts more than 50 people to a venue?
this is a great band. the song in the video is probably my least favorite song i've heard from elle macho. see this band live and i think they will win you over. i've watched them turn a boring, loud and chatty crowd into focused listeners and won over an entire room. give them a chance
I've seen this band live twice. The only redeeming thing other than it not being offensively bad is that the bassist is super hot, wears tight leather and stares aimlessly in the audience like she wants to fuck whoever she's accidentally looking at. I think by "sweet bass tone" you meant the bassist is fuckable
No, really, I do like the bass tone. And, all that other stuff you said.
"Not a fan" I don't know who you are but I guarantee Butterfly Boucher has got a bigger dick than you. You might wanna watch your mouth. She may just cram it down your throat.
I'd also really love to hear your band, sounds like you've got all the answers and you're just what Nashville needs. Maybe it's time you put your music where your asshole is.
