Duty Now for the Now: Launch Cream's Wikipedia Page

So I was surfing Wikipedia today looking for personal information about members of the Raconteurs or Kings of Leon when I stumbled upon the wiki category Tennessee musical groups. On this list are links to wiki pages for artists such as Heypenny, Framing Hanley, The Nobility, The Lonely Hearts and and emo crybaby Backseat Goodbye. This got me thinking: If a band like Murfreesboro's Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza has a wiki entry then why the fuck doesn't the Cream? I think you see where I'm going with this. I'm going to furnish you with some links from our storied history:

Stereogum: Dropping a Bomb On Spoon's "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb."

Our 2,000th post.

And for good measure, the wiki entry on the Nashville Scene.

So get started. Remember, the less work you do for your "real" job, the more you're getting paid per hour.

Remember, when writing this, to quote reliable, third-party sources—if you can't show that someone else, and not just some random people online, have written about it, the article is likely to get deleted.

Hey Adam,
This is Chad from Backseat Goodbye.
This post was recently brought to my attention with the point that you called me an "emo crybaby". I'm not at all mad about the comment, I'm just curious as to why you'd label me "emo"? Because I definitely understand the emo genre, and know what it's all about, however, in all reality I really don't see how my music/lyrics/anything even resemble that branch of the music community of today. I mean, I'm really fine with being labeled certain things, but whenever someone describes my music as emo, I'm always curious to see why. Because really, my lyrics and music, in my opinion at least, don't even come close to representing sad/depressing music.
And again, I'm really hoping that none of this message comes off as pissy or angry, because that's not why I've sent it to you. I'm really just curious about why you have that opinion.
Thanks,
Chad

Chad,
I made in a little jab in my post and you took in stride. To answer your question the comment I made was really more in reference to the name Backseat Goodbye, which reminded me of Dashboard Confessional. On further listening I realize that the music you make is probably more along the lines of what people call "twee" than "emo. Although your music is fairly heart on the sleeve I realize the term emo has gone through a series of cultural bastardizations that have probably rendered it an irrelevent marketing term by this point. Also, if someone could define define twee for me that would be great.

Twee, defined.

Google "twee as fuck." Or, if you'd like, I can do it for you.
