Pastor Pete Plays Make-Believe: Faux Singer-Songwriters Even Worse Than the Real Thing

Posted by D. Patrick Rodgers on Wed, Nov 12, 2008 at 2:43 PM

Pastor Pete is an uber-earnest dude—perhaps the better word is sincere. Anyhow, his church (feels like a mega-church…don’t put the church in your life, put your life in the church type of situation) is running a series called “Dream Job.” This week, he thought it would be totally neat to see what it’s like to be a Nashville singer-songwriter. Somebody tell this dude (and the other dude) that soul patches aren’t substitutes for actual souls. The video above shows Pete and his Music City insider buddy “really going deep with each other.”

I might be high, but that movie was really disturbing on so many levels.
I wish they sang about lesbians instead of height measurement.
Seth seems insecure.
Make that into a song!
