Cream Calendar Brian Wilson, Calexico, The Sword: Not Bad for a Monday Night in Nashville

It's a pretty solid night of music to kick off your week.
Brian Wilson at The Ryman, 8 p.m. If you didn't get your copy of Pet Sounds autographed yesterday at Grimey's (or even if you did): the man, the myth, the hand gestures, the Mother Church.
Calexico w/The Acorn at Mercy Lounge, 9 p.m. Calexico's one of those bands that I managed to always miss, and so somehow the first time I ever caught them was when they played with Iron & Wine at The Cannery a while back. Damn good.
The Sword at Exit/In, 9 p.m. Metallica are big fans of The Sword, but don't hold that against them.
