seriously! i was walking from the parking lot into kroger the other day and saw some fucking soccer mom in her mini-van pull out what was probably at least a 2 gallon gas can that she could barely lift so she could make room for her groceries... so people are just carrying this shit around, i guess, in case of gasapocalypse... or, after they get nailed by an 18-wheeler, massive car explosion (hopefully).
anyone checked craigslist for gas sales?
Too bad the BubblePly site has zero information on who put that together because they deserve some serious thanks for such amusement.
i stopped checking craigslist for gas, and now i'm looking for some black spiked shoulder pads, ostrich feathers and guy-liner. bring it on, mel.
Murfreesboro has plenty of gas now, and no lines. I don't see what the problem is! I just topped mine off a few minutes ago.

Sheer brilliance! Nice job and well done. If we can't laugh at ourselves, what can we really laugh at? Wilson County? At least they have gas...from going to Hooters.
Undoubtedly, there is a similar conversation being had in the White House right now, but about jobs/economy/do-nothing-congress/deficit/SARAH PALIN!!!/AIG bailout/insert whatever your least favorite thing is about our current national condition. And whatever the conversation subject is, they all echo the same message: we should have done more for our people...
this movie "Downfall" is really great. too bad this particular scene isn't an extra on the dvd.
The Sad thing is that gas in nashville is on average 60 cents a gallon higher than it is on the west coast. In LA its right at 3.90
and driving home from memphis last night I paid 3.56 75 miles west of here. I saw gas on west end tonight for 4.29
but they aren't gouging.
Yeah, I was checking the nationwide prices the other day and saw that Vegas is cheaper than we are. That's fucking insane. One of the things I hated about living there was the cost of owning a car (not just gas, but my car insurance doubled when I moved there).
I think it would be nice if all the trash mouths could try to speak in a manner as not to exploit their real intelligence levels. Do they think we would'nt understand them otherwise?

I guess that was directed at me, and you are correct...I do not have the vocabulary adequate to accurately conveying the emotion I wanted to attach to my request, therefore, in my utter stupidity, I once again leaned on 'FUCK'. For those of you that thought of this spoof as hilarious please take note of the following as it pertains to YOUR gas situation. I install hydrogen fuel cells onto cars. Gauranteed 25% - 45% better gas milage (depending on your car thats an avg of 40-50 mpg). Imagine how much you spend in a month on gas, imagine how much farther you can go...imagine having the extra money to spend at Mafioso's or Flying Saucer...instead of counting the quarters, or checking your account seeing how much you have to fill your tank with. @marcel: Nice infomercial.. but, um, where are the hydrogen stations in Nashville? Also your math is off.. if 40mpg were 25% better gas mileage that means the original gas mileage would be 32mpg.. and most cars don't get that.

Great video! As a WW2 history buff, I find something very interesting about this video. This clip is clearly from the Battle of Berlin near the end of WWII and just days ahead of Hitlers suicide in his bunker in Berlin. After Hitler's suicide, two junior level officers burned his body in a courtyard outside the bunker with just the little bit of gasoline they could find. Interesting?
