Creamtastic I Hope I Die Before I Get Old

Did you guys hear that the Country Music Association is opening a retirement home for old writers and musicians? The Tennessean is reporting that construction should start by 2011 so it should be in full swing by the time all our peers are ready for regular prostate exams and adult diapers. I can just imagine the discussions now: "Dammit, why don't they make records like Cowboy Troy anymore?" Or, "There was this one night on Mindy McCready's bus where we got totally wrecked...." Or, "Remember when Carrie Underwood was still hot?" And so on and so forth.
In other news, you should totally watch the video above. I found it on BoingBoing and it's a bunch of 80-year-old women covering the Sex Pistols' "God Save The Queen." Proving once again that punk's not dead, just old and smelly.
