Barack O'Clock

Yesterday we told you about the pro-McCain video shoot, and so—because we at the Cream believe in being fair and balanced—it's only right that we now tell you about the two-day Barack the Vote event at Exit/In. Tomorrow, Steve Lee, Jeremy Lister and The Lonely Hearts take the stage. Saturday, it's Hollywood Kills, Cougar Fight and Sound & Shape. Both shows are free and start at 8 p.m. I guess I don't really understand how two free shows at Exit/In are helping the Obama campaign, exactly, but, unlike that John Rich song, they're probably doing less harm than good.

these concerts are basically just for Voter Registration and for bringing people together to sign up to volunteer at other voter registration and fundraising events
