National Skyline NPR Hearts DND: De Novo Dahl on 'Second Stage'

And our music scene is "booming."

The outfits worn in De Novo Dahl's band photos are ridiculous, cartoonish, and over-the-top, matching the group's music perfectly. The rock quintet plays powerful, energetic songs that are fun and catchy as well as quirky and tongue-in-cheek. De Novo Dahl's second full-length album, Move Every Muscle, Make Every Sound, is anthemic and larger-than-life while maintaining a level of irony that keeps it from sounding trite.

I really liked this band a couple of years ago.Sad they want to sell out so badly now they dress up for five year olds and write music along the same lines.

The "irony" must be that a record company thought people would actually think this was cool or interesting.
