Who knows Nashville better than you crankies? Here's your chance to turn your bitchin' into gold...pure gold. Well, $300, anyway. Compete in our You Are So Nashville if contest to win. Last year's winning line? "You Are So Nashville if...You saw Kenny Chesney in a Kroger reading Out & About." And if you wanna know what's floated our boat before, here are all the previous winners.
I like the "weirdies" best though, like this little gem:

That's right, Nashville. For a year now, you've been saving up your insightful observations—flattering and critical—of what makes our city tick. Now's the time to sharpen them into pithy one-liners to compete for the 19th Annual YASNI award.
Online submission form on nashvillescene.com closes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26. If our panel of judges chooses your entry, it will appear along with your name in the July 17, 2008 issue of the Nashville Scene.
The first place winner will receive their winning entry immortalized in a fabulous cartoon drawing plus a huge "You are so Nashville if." prize package valued at over $300, compliments of the Nashville Scene.
Second and third place winners will also receive some swanky Scene swag!
