Tomorrow evening Thirty Tigers Publicity is hosting a free showcase at The Basement. A highlight of the bill promises to be Swedish folk proprieter The Tallest Man on Earth. A few months ago, my friend from high school was convinced he was the first person in the country to catch onto this guy—that is until Pitchfork gifted his "Dylanesque" debut with an 8.3. Also on the bill, troubadour and cellist Ben Sollee and Oklahoma singer-songwriter Samantha Crain. (Read Jewly Hight's story on Crain here.)

Show starts at 5:30 p.m.
