If you don't catch Elvis Costello at The Ryman on Wednesday, April 23, you only need to book it down Eighth Avenue the next day to meet and greet the man himself. He'll be signing copies of his newest record, Momofuku, which he's releasing only on vinyl and digitally. (The record is rumored to be named after a popular noodle bar in the East Village.) I wonder if he would also sign copies of his old records. I vote for Blood and Chocolate.
From Grimey's:
ELVIS COSTELLO Will Meet Fans and Sign Copies of his new MOMOFUKU vinyl LP (which includes a download of the album) here at Grimey's on Thursday, April 24th from 12-noon until 1:30pm, the day after his show at The Ryman. That's right, Elvis Costello will be here to meet you.
