Did you ever do too much acid, then several hours (light years?) later, you get the distinct impression that you're being bombarded by electronic transmissions from Planet Zneep intended to impregnate your brain with the sacred answer to the big question, "What is it?" And just as you finally grasp the answer in a moment of divine realization, "it" slips through your mind's fingers like sand, and melts into a multicolored vortex on the floor, as your feet morph into dolphin fins and the guy next to you starts reciting The Canterbury Tales backwards in Old Norse?
Even if not, you have the chance to similarly twist your consciousness, free of chemicals (or not), at Buzz and Click V, a celebration of electronic bleeps, glitches, screeches and whooshes guaranteed to entertain. The mayhem begins 8 p.m. Saturday at The End, and acts include Forrest Bride, Matt Hamilton, 84001, Bluff Duo, Oliver Dodd, Logickal, Anemone, Jensen Sportag and Let's Say Baltimore (featuring Brian Siskind, a.k.a. Fognode, who will move to New York City shortly after the show).
