Cream Calendar Hanukkah Comes a Day Early...

...in the form of American Idol Kelly Clarkson performing at the Ryman. The sassy, dare-I-say-rockin' singer will roll into the Ryman Dec. 4. By conveniently scheduling her tour around my latke-eating plans, Clarkson has scored a couple more points in my book.
The festival of lights begins at sundown on Dec. 5—you can start shopping now. My must have list: a Hold Steady date in Nashville, a new bike helmet (my brim is broken) and the keys to Ethan Opelt's heart.
