Also for The Scenecast's one-year anniversary, we are going to give away a 30G video iPod. Check the Scene website for details.
A production note about the Scenecast: We choose the content of the Scenecast from a list that Tracy sends me with all the artists getting coverage in the upcoming Scene. If you are on that list, I'm looking for some of your work. Most of you are easy to find, but the production schedule is extremely tight and if you don't have downloads on your site or MySpace page, you probably won't be included. My personal tastes have little to do with it. As an example, I didn't play the Comfies this week because I couldn't easily find a downloadable song. I did find one later on the Podsafe Music Network, but it was too late. The Scenecast gets about 1,000 downloads a week at this point. That's 1,000 people looking for new music.
