Phil Bredesen in The Tennessean on what traits Nashville’s next mayor should possess. Interestingly, his characterization in the first sentence would have aptly described Mayor Bill Purcell until last week, when, for arguably the first time in more than seven years, hizzoner located his genitalia and vetoed the English-first bill.
