Colorful, contemporary and appealing in a warm-cool California way, the franchise on Cool Springs Boulevard is the 26th in this rapidly growing chain. Eight stools provide seating at the bar, while a crew of smartly outfitted chefs—or “Culinary Champions,” as they are called—prepare meals in full view of the clientele. The chef features nightly specials and the manageable menu is an all-American repertoire of salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and entrées jazzed up with influences from Asia, Mexico and Italy.
