gallery F's Managing Director Sabine Schlunk is capping off a busy fall art season with a group show that includes portraits, narratives, multimedia work and performance. The Wish List artists--all students or graduates of TSU--flirt with the fantastic, forming new fables out of paint, print and found materials. Participating artists include Mandy Sauer, Ash Lusk, Jared Freihoefer, Brandon Donahue, Sara Estes, Marjorie Elise Ward, Vincent Black and Holly Settle. Freihoefer's "As If" is a multimedia elegy to an unrequited love, while Estes' collages marry symbols of innocence to a world-weary palette. In addition, there will also be an improvisational sound performance by Lusk and Freihoefer.
