Direct

Visit the Tennessee Department of Agriculture's website at www.picktnproducts.org/livestock.html, and click on the "Farm Fresh" link to find a list of goat farmers. Through the state's Farm Fresh program, you can buy your meat (in large quantity) direct from a farmer, who'll arrange to have it sent to a processing facility and packaged for purchase. The customer picks up the meat directly from the packing plant.

Steve Gillum's Circle G Farm can be reached at (931) 388-4294.

Tina Hoffman's Spring Hills Farm can be reached at (270) 646-2838.
