This reinvention of the original Nooley's brand from Baton Rouge brings Cajun fare to the Farmers Market, with a menu of muffulettas, gumbo, po'boys and jambalaya (available on Thursday only). The heat may have lost a little of its fire somewhere between here and Louisiana, but the olive spread tastes like the real deal.
