TERRAZZO CONDO AUCTION
If T.J. Maxx ever gets into real estate, it might look like this. Thirty pristine units in the sleek Terrazzo condo in the Gulch (700 12th Ave. S.) will be auctioned off at prices starting at 53 percent off retail. Minimum bids on 900-sq.-ft. one-bedroom units start at $159,000, with no buyer’s premium. Check out the sixth-floor pool, workout room and residents’ lounge, and don’t forget to factor in monthly homeowner’s fees, which run 36 cents per square foot. The units are open for tours through Nov. 20, with a cocktail event Nov. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. A practice auction at 6:30 p.m., Nov. 20 will precede the main event at the Renaissance hotel. On Saturday, bidders should check in at noon. Bidding is expected to last one hour.
