St. Valentine’s Day Massacre

When: Sat., Feb. 16, 8 p.m. 2013
Price: $10
Logue’s Black Raven Emporium recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, and the cool stuff just continues to roll on at this nexus of East Nashville’s weirdo culture scene. Some of their most popular events of the past year have been their holiday costume/theme parties, providing a sharp-dressed alternative to more mundane celebrations. Now they’ve set their sights on Cupid with a 1920s-themed Valentine’s Day party that will feature gangsters, flappers, silent films, hot jazz and dirty blues. And since the Cult Fiction Underground already looks like a speakeasy founded by Aleister Crowley and D.W. Griffith, they have the perfect setting for a swell party — 23 skidoo!
