Second Saturday at the Sudekum Planetarium

The Adventure Science Center isn't just for snot-nosed kids anymore. The local science museum now offers its crown jewel, the Sudekum Planetarium, for after-hours showings where you only pay for the planetarium ticket. Now, no matter what the weather, date night can involve a night under the stars — without scouring the Syfy Channel for reruns. Every second Saturday of the month, the planetarium will screen "Skies Over Nashville," a traditional tour of the constellations, planets and other astronomical signposts. For information on ticketing and the shows, visit www.sudekumplanetarium.com.
