Drop those panties, ladies! Seal’s coming to town and he’s no longer married to Heidi Klum. Maybe you can’t get past the connection to his song “Kiss from a Rose” that appeared on the Batman Forever soundtrack, but his involvement in what is arguably the best and worst Batman movie of all time will “forever” solidify his badass standing in my book. In fact, that soundtrack is packed with artists who deserve more recognition than they get: Nick Cave, Mazzy Star, PJ Harvey, Brandy. OK, maybe I’m pushing it with Brandy, but Seal really isn’t as bad as his singing-in-the-rain-by-some-gravestones video makes him seem. His marriage to Klum stole a whole lot of his limelight. I mean, he’s pretty gorgeous, but KIum could steal the thunder from Thor himself. Just close your eyes, pretend it’s 1994 and envision Seal in those signature white denim pants — or get out and see it up close and personal.
