Want to make your Neighborhood Watch sign even more effective? Try hanging it a foot or two lower—say, around the eye level of the average teenager.
Want to make your Neighborhood Watch sign even more effective? Try hanging it a foot or two lower—say, around the eye level of the average teenager. In the last week or so Nashville has seen a rash of teen crime. A 15-year-old girl reportedly stabbed a 15-year-old boy to death in Hermitage. Two boys, 15 and 13 (that’s right we said 13), were arrested for an armed robbery outside Swett’s. A 16-year-old girl was shot to death and another 17-year-old girl was shot in the neck at an apartment complex in South Nashville. Police have brought in the gang unit, so perhaps the perp is as old as 18 or 19. Sheesh, where’s Harry Potter when we need him?
