If there had been Ladies Who Lunch on "The Andy Griffith Show," they would have done it at the Picnic, the sandwich-and-salad spot that got its start sharing space with the late, lamented Belle Meade Drug Store. Chicken salad, frozen fruit salad and  a memorable pimiento cheese — served on blue-and-white-checked tablecloths — are the calling cards of this low-key luncheon landmark.
