Restaurant Details

If you prefer your Chinese food homogenized, pasteurized, Americanized and stripped of individuality, P.F. Chang’s is the place to go. And apparently, hundreds of people do prefer it this way. What are they waiting for? Chicken in lettuce wraps (iceberg, of course), spare ribs in barbecue sauce, battered and fried calamari strips, mu shu chicken and orange-peel beef. And let’s not forget those classic Chinese meal finishers: six-layered chocolate cake and cappuccino. P.F. Chang’s is for people who don’t like their Chinese too Chinese.
