Open House at Art Space Nashville

Space Out

Space Out
During this economic downturn, frustrating realities seem to collide without ever finding common solutions. Office buildings stand empty while frustrated entrepreneurs struggle to find funds to get their businesses off the ground. Already-starving artists can't find affordable studio spaces while struggling art venues are cutting programming. A new concern in Madison may have the answer. Art Space Nashville has taken an empty office building and transformed it into art studios, gallery spaces, micro-offices, a small-business incubation program and a number of just-hatching ideas that may rival Obama's first 100. Find out more at this open-house event.
Sat., May 23, 1-9 p.m., 2009
