When can the poor and hopeless buy their tickets, already?

The muckety mucks who will oversee the state’s new lottery have finally been chosen, after months of irrelevant bickering about who could choose them and why. Gov. Phil Bredesen appointed the seven lottery board members after interviewing some 50 or more people about the volunteer positions. If not, you’re just gonna attract more than what you’d have in the first place.
