Nashville Symphony Holiday Sing-Along

Symphonic Spree

Symphonic Spree
If classic carols put you in a holiday mood, here’s your chance to join in with the Nashville Symphony and Chorus. Resident Conductor Albert-George Schram has put together a crop of old favorites for the NSO's Home for the Holidays sing-along concert, from “Let There Be Peace on Earth” to “Silver Bells.” The concert is billed as family-friendly—in fact, Schram says he hopes to evoke the spirit of his own family's annual caroling in his native Netherlands. The Blair Children's Chorus joins the festivities under the direction of Hazel Somerville. Admission is $25-$80.
Thu., Dec. 10, 7 p.m., 2009
