This exhibit will tell the story of the Battle of Nashville through soldier and civilian accounts. The exhibit will feat. the coffin of Lt. Col. William M. Shy, the highest ranking officer killed at the Battle of Nashville. The exhibit will also feat. the battle scarred diary of Lt. Othman A. Abbott who was carrying the diary when he was wounded at Nashville.
