Typically, we shy away from events that are, y'know, corporate-y and promotional-y. But seeing as how we're big fans of both the Frist and Cheekwood, we had to clue you in on this—"you" meaning Bank of America patrons. This holiday weekend, B. of A. cardholders will be granted free access to the two local institutions. In other words, if you're not a SunTruster or a Fifth-Thirder, you can see Dean Byington and Chuck Close at the Frist or The Matilda Geddings Gray Collection of Fabergé at Cheekwood without spending a dime. Too bad for me I'm a Regions man. That chartreuse check card just looks so damn stunning in my wallet.
