Don’t say we didn’t warn you! Last time Miguel brought his sexy classic-electro-leaning R&B to Nashville, we were like, “This dude’s gonna be huge!” And will you look at that! Miguel’s “Adorn” is holding steady in the No. 1 spot on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop charts. We’re like the Nostradamus — the Miss Cleo, even — of Music City. The Dionne Warwick of Demonbreun. Or maybe we just know talent when we hear it. It doesn’t take a clairvoyant to realize that you’re going to sell a lot of records if you can make the ladies swoon — and Miguel is essentially a hurricane of swoon. Now for our next prediction: This is one of the last times you’ll be able to catch Miguel in a club setting, so don’t miss your chance. If this kid’s star shoots any higher we’re going to need a telescope.
