In a futile attempt to show that Robert Glen Coe isn’t mentally competent to be executed, Coe’s lawyers have given the governor an A-to-Z list of the medications taken by the convicted child-killer on death row. Here are the drugs:

♦ Anafranil—For obsessive and compulsive behaviors

♦ Atarax—For symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension associated with psychoneurosis

♦ Ativan—For management of anxiety disorders

♦ Buspar—For management of anxiety disorders

♦ Desyrel—Antidepressant

♦ Diazepam—For management of anxiety disorders

♦ Elavil—Antidepressant with sedative effect

♦ Imipramine—Antidepressant

♦ Klonopin—Anti-panic and anti-seizure medication

♦ Lithium—For treatment of manic episodes of bipolar disorder

♦ Mellaril—For management of manifestations of psychotic disorders

♦ Paxil—For treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder and panic disorder

♦ Prozac—Antidepressant

♦ Serax—For management of anxiety disorders

♦ Sinequan—For treatment of psychoneurotic patients with depression and/or anxiety

♦ Tegretol—To control psychomotor and grand mal seizures

♦ Thorazine—For management of manifestations of psychotic disorders

♦ Trazadone—For treatment of depression

♦ Trilafon—For management of manifestations of psychotic disorders

♦ Valium—For management of anxiety disorders

♦ Vistaril—For symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension

♦ Zoloft—For treatment of depression
