The die is cast for Improv Nashville, who hope their newly refurbished digs at the 12South Arts Venue will be welcoming steady audiences for an expanded schedule of weekend performances. It's now two shows nightly, with Fridays offering the regular "Improv Nashville Show" at 8 p.m., followed at 10 p.m. by "ChickIN Wangs," a new incarnation featuring improvisers subdivided by gender. Saturdays at 8 p.m. the group will present "Life Interrupted," improv revolving around the testimony of local celebrities--this week it's budding country star Justin Moore ("Back That Thing Up") on the hot seat. At 10 p.m., the newer faces of Troupe 93 take to the boards and then join forces with veteran players in a long-form homunculus. Visit improvnashville.com for a complete schedule.
