The mobile arm of the Happy Japan store in Berry Hill, Happy Eating's colorful truck serves a variety of Japanese and Japanese-inspired street food, including curry, rice, udon, katsu, ice cream mochi, ramune sodas and more. Specials have been known to include "rice burgers" — mini-burgers between sticky rice disks — and Japanese-style hot dogs. No longer in business.
